We pledge to exercise due diligence to ensure the accuracy of facts and statements in our work, avoiding any infringement on copyright or other third-party rights.

Collaboration is key, and Trusted Skill Shop acknowledges the Client’s right to edit the work within the agreed-upon timeframe. We are committed to working closely with the Client in the editing and review process prior to publication.

Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the final draft for correctness, including spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy. Trusted Skill Shop cannot be held liable for errors discovered after the website goes live.

The client understands that Trusted Skill Shop is not responsible for errors, whether grammatical or otherwise, present in the material provided by the client.

We commit to addressing any errors or implementing revisions as per the Client’s requests. However, it’s important to note that a maximum of three revisions is available, depending on the chosen package. Major design changes are excluded from these revisions.

In the event of change requests after final approval or after the website is live, charges may apply. Work on subsequent change requests will commence only after full payment has been received.

Due to the nature of our business, Trusted Skill Shop cannot be held liable for issues such as website hacking, loss of rankings, or other errors.

Clients have the option to cancel website development or digital marketing projects if Trusted Skill Shop team has not commenced work. However, cancellations will not be accepted after 1 calendar day from the initiation of the project.
